Overview:
Coldwell Banker Schmitt of Key Largo, Florida is looking for an experienced Sales Manager. As we continue to grow we are looking for the right person to lead and motivate our well established sales team. Must have a Florida real estate license (or willing to get as soon as possible) and previous experience in managing and motivating real estate sales people.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Leadership and Management: Responsible for day to day operations, including the support and supervision of agents and administrative staff.
Prospecting, Lead Management and Recruitment: Responsible for marketing the brokerage, properties and agents in the community. Attracting and recruiting new agents to the company
Calendar Management Office: Responsible for all office meetings, training and implementation of projects that increase sales and customer service
Project Implementation: Spearhead and participate in new projects.
Pending to Closing Process: Responsible for management of staff and all aspects of the closing process. Monitoring sales and processing of transactions to insure smooth, successful closings
Additional Notes:
Previous experience required in sales management and real estate sales
Working knowledge of contracts, disclosures and transaction management
Passion for supporting agents in their growth and development in the industry
Always looking for ways to improve business, relationships and profits.
Full time salaried position, plus bonus and benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
