  • Under general supervision, provides landscape design, implementation, and maintenance services for a specialized client resort facility catering to corporate, product line, and business development executives.
  • Researches common and exotic landscape materials including plants, trees, garden architecture, structures, equipment, and furnishings and incorporates appropriate elements into a aesthetically pleasing design.
  • Provides input into budget considerations for plants, maintenance and upkeep of landscape and equipment.
  • Coordinates with local suppliers for materials, equipment, and support services related to grounds maintenance.
  • Provides chauffeur services for guests as required. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
  • Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school diploma or similar education and trade specific training and experience in landscape design and maintenance to include 5-7 years experience in the landscape field which includes experience in resort facilities.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
